Multichannel marketing: the operational construct and firms’ motivation to adopt

Multichannel marketing has been gaining attention to its importance in both practice and research in the recent years with the rapid diffusion of Information Communication Technology. Due to the relative recency and rapid proliferation of research in the subject, the literature lacks a well-defined construct of multichannel marketing generalizable to different types of firms, and lacks understanding of the actual reasons that firms adopt multichannel marketing. Through comparing and complementing the extant literature with practitioners’ perspectives from interviews with 32 Italian firms, the authors propose a comprehensive and generalizable framework of the multichannel marketing construct, and identify and categorize the firms’ motivations to adopt the multichannel marketing practice. Furthermore, some unforeseen but interesting factors emerged from the interviews. Future research opportunities and managerial implications of the study are discussed.     

共性技术下异质企业对学研方合作行为的演化博弈仿真分析

共性技术因其在技术创新链条中的基础性地位和对相关产业集群创新的巨大拉动效应,受到各国政府的广泛重视,而产业共性技术创新必须依靠政府指导下、不同产业共同参与的“产学研”合作模式,运用两群体模仿者动态微分方程,分析了在不同情景下分别来自新兴产业和成熟产业的两类异质企业间与学研机构合作研发共性技术的演化博弈过程和稳定策略,并运用数值模拟对理论命题逐一进行仿真验证,最后得出结论与启示。     

生态产业园区形成与演进国际经验研究

生态产业园作为一种新的生产组织方式,是实现经济效益与环境友好双重目标的有效途径。生态产业园的形成与演化有其内在规律,同时又受到经济环境、地理位置、法律制度等多重因素的影响而呈现一定的异质性。依据对现有世界各国生态产业园区的了解,结合以往学者的研究结论,对生态产业园概念、特点及发展状况进行了描述和总结,并分别讨论了市场和政策在产业园形成过程中的作用。最后,总结了位置集中、科技信息、社会参与、经济利益等产业园发展过程中的重要影响因素。     

技术创新能力生命周期与研发投入对企业绩效的影响

研发投入与企业绩效的关系一直备受国内外学者关注,但对该问题的研究并未得出一致结论。技术创新能力是高新技术企业内部能力的基础,不同技术创新能力水平下研发投入对企业绩效的影响存在显著差异。通过分析78家高科技上市公司2007-2013年面板数据,建立回归方程模型,探讨了在不同企业技术创新阶段研发投入与绩效的关系。实证研究表明,在成长期与成熟期,研发投入与绩效呈正向关系。其中,在成长期,该正向关系最显著;进入衰退期,二者之间不存在统计意义上的相关性。

阐述了企业技术搜寻的研究现状,对现有研究成果进行了梳理,概括了当前企业技术搜寻的主要研究内容,并对今后的研究趋势和研究重点进行了分析。     

组织合法性中解耦问题研究综述

解耦问题是新制度主义组织合法性研究的核心议题之一,也是组织管理实践中必须正视的问题。解耦问题于20世纪70年代被提出,并受到西方许多学者的广泛关注。在系统梳理国内外相关研究的基础上,分析了组织社会学研究领域内解耦概念提出的理论背景,对组织合法性中解耦的起源及概念进行了辨析,对组织合法性中解耦的相关研究进行了分析和评价,并对未来研究进行了展望。     

Intraday information efficiency on the Chinese equity market

Bid-ask spread is a direct measure of information asymmetry. As such, it can be used to evaluate information efficiency. In this paper, we show that both the quoted and effective spreads on the Shanghai Stock Exchange are extremely high at the open, decrease over the trading day, and experience a small rebound at the close. The spread decreases with share volume, daily trades, and market capitalization, but increases with average trade size. We further examine the beta using the unbiasedness regression from Biais et al. [Biais, B., Hillion, P., Spatt, C. (1999). Price discovery and learning during the pre-opening period in the Paris Bourse. Journal of Political Economy, 107, 1218–1248] and find that intraday prices are efficient and unbiased for more liquid stocks. This suggests that liquidity prompts information-motivated trading, which, in turn, improves information dissemination. Moreover, our findings indicate that small and medium trades are more likely to facilitate the formation of efficient prices at the open and close of the market, while large trades play a more important role during the other trading periods.     

Impact of Cross-Strait Trade Liberalization： A Computable General Equilibrium Analysis

This paper applies a computable general equilibrium model to investigate the potential economic effects of trade liberalization across the Taiwan Strait. Our simulation results reveal that cross-Strait trade liberalization will have significant positive impacts on external trade, domestic investment and real GDP for the economies in this area in general and in Taiwan in particular. Furthermore, the negative impact from the formation of a free trade arrangement between Taiwan and Chinese Mainland on Hong Kong seems to be rather small. These results suggest that cross-Strait trade liberalization is very likely to bring about a win-win situation for the economies in this area.

本文采用AFS-830双道原子荧光光度计法对地质样品中砷锑的测定进行了研究.建立了一种准确测定样品中砷、锑的方法.该方法简便、快捷、结果令人满意.     

创新的外溢：产业的实证分析

产业创新的外溢效应一直是实证分析的难点。Dietzenbacher（2000）以投入产出表为基础建立了创新外溢的实证模型。基于Dietzenbacher模型的实证分析表明,我国产业创新外溢主要以过程创新为主,但总体上外溢效应逐步下降。根据对各产业部门创新外溢效应的分析,我国应加大传统的劳动密集型产业（如食品制造业）的研究与开发投资力度,加大对生产性服务业的创新投入,发挥其较强的创新外溢效应,推动我国经济的持续增长。
